I have disposed of a 40 of Olde English (apparently it's weaker in the Eastern US, but in California, OE is 7.5.) I am probably going to scrape together a couple bucks worth of change and go get another shortly.

of course you do... i got olde e pint cans. but i figured i'd spoil myself a bit at the grocery store. i mean irish death... how awesome of a name is that for booze?

Well, I'd try it. But if it's a real dark, bitter kind of brew I will turn my nose up. I'm a sissy.

Really. A little while back, I started pouring myself a beer, when I noticed that my big glass 1 liter mug had a bug in it. Because I'm an English-style pussy, I dumped that 1/4 or 1/2 pint down the sink.

i'm a little sad. i'm at work. so can't be boozey... but tonight i might have a nice glass of overpriced port to put me to sleep...

It's a process where near the end of the fermentation process some fresh fermenting beer is added and the tank is sealed air-tight to finish up.  It naturally carbonates it.
